The Dire Situation of the Homeless in NYC in this new wave of COVID-19

This year, the new wave of COVID-19 hit like a Steel Hammer through a Silk scarf. Starting off with the flight situation for the Holidays (domestic air travel was ground to a halt) leaving people stuck on airports looking for a flight out with none in sight.

In addition to this, Local POLICE forces were reporting Mass layoffs (vaccination mandates) and mass calling offs of personnel sick on leave. Yes! The System is on its last legs. Daily Standard Operating Procedures are anything but standard and as staff drop off; the people in between who depend on it for their livelihoods are now facing a harsh reality. Inhumane treatment and INHUMAN BONDAGE.
